App: BIG3管理 (BIG3 Tracker) | Effective: June 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the conditions for using BIG3管理 (“the App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

This is an English translation of the Japanese terms of service for the convenience of English-speaking users. If the two versions differ, the Japanese version governs.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all matters relating to use of the App between you and the operator of the App.

2. Registration

You use the App by authenticating with a Google or Apple account. The operator may decline to approve a registration, or cancel a registration, where it judges this necessary.

3. Your Records

The App provides features that store and visualize the workout records, body information and supplement information you enter. You are responsible for entering this data and for its accuracy.

4. Health Disclaimer

The App is intended for recording and visualizing training and supplement use. It does not provide medical or professional advice. Decisions about training and about managing your health are yours alone, taken at your own discretion and risk. The operator is not liable for injury or harm to health arising from use of the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Act in violation of law, public order or good morals
• Gain unauthorized access to, or place excessive load on, the App’s servers or network
• Infringe the rights of other users or third parties
• Interfere with the operation of the App

6. Suspension and Changes to the Service

The operator may change the contents of the App, or suspend or discontinue providing it, without prior notice. The operator is not liable for any loss to users arising from this.
