BIG3管理 (“the App”) respects your privacy and handles personal information appropriately. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

This is an English translation of the Japanese privacy policy for the convenience of English-speaking users. If the two versions differ, the Japanese version governs.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects and stores the following information in order to provide its service.

• Account information: the email address and display name obtained when you sign in with a Google or Apple account. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, we receive the private relay address issued by Apple.
• Information you enter: body information such as height, weight and training experience; workout records (exercise, weight, reps, date, notes); and information about the supplements you take.
• Usage analytics: events describing screen transitions and actions within the App (saving a record, adding a supplement, tapping an external link, and so on), the date and time of use, technical information such as device type, OS version, app version and language setting, and approximate location such as country or region inferred from your IP address. This information is recorded in association with your account identifier (user ID and email address) for the purpose of improving the App.

The App does not collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), does not perform behavioral tracking for advertising purposes, and does not collect precise location (GPS) data.

2. Purpose of Use

• Sign-in authentication and account management
• Providing features such as saving, displaying and charting your workout records
• Visualizing your supplement use alongside your records
• Identifying defects and improving features through usage analysis
• Maintaining and improving the App

3. Storage and Processors

Information we collect is stored on the cloud services provided by Supabase Inc., which the App uses for authentication and as its database. Servers may be located outside Japan. Row Level Security (RLS) is applied to the database, so each user can in principle access only their own data.

For usage analysis the App uses the analytics service provided by PostHog Inc., and the “usage analytics” described in Section 1 is stored on that company’s servers in the United States.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The App does not sell or provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law. To the extent necessary to operate the App, we use services from Google LLC and Apple Inc. for sign-in authentication and PostHog Inc. for usage analysis. These are service providers acting on our behalf; this is not a sale of personal information.
