BIG3管理 lets you delete your account and everything stored with it, at any time.

This is an English version of the Japanese account deletion page.

How to delete from inside the app

1. Open the app and sign in
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap Delete account
4. Confirm on the two confirmation dialogs that follow

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

• Account information (email address, user ID, display name)
• Workout records (squat, bench press and deadlift maxes, and every set)
• Body information (height, weight, training experience)
• Logged supplements
• Usage analytics associated with your account

Deleted data cannot be restored.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to open the app, email us at the address below. We will verify your identity and delete your account and its associated data.

Data retention

Once a deletion request is received, the associated data is deleted promptly. Deletion covers backups as well, except where retention is required by law.
